Inmar performs normal maintenance on computer systems based on a predefined annual schedule using one weekend per month for all maintenance tasks. This includes security and operating system patches as well as hardware maintenance. During these weekends, you may experience short periods of time where the Returns Management App is not available. Normally this will occur for a brief period in the late evening hours on Friday or early morning hours on Saturday, outside any normal business hours. Service interruptions may occur at any time during the maintenance weekend window but normally the system will only be out of service for a few minutes on Friday night or Saturday morning.
